Extremely bad customer service

I cannot believe a huge cooperation like Decofurn treats its customer the way they do. A gentleman in charge of warehouse deliveries called me to say they will deliver Saturday morning. I waited the entire Saturday morning and afternoon. I called all the numbers I could get online and Sunday eventually got through to someone. This guy was extremely rude and said I didn’t answer my phone when the delivery came. No one could give me a answer as to when I’d get my delivery. I am extremely disappointed at how they have handled the whole delivery process. I am still waiting for a call and an email response from them. In all honesty I will never buy from this company. All I want is my order to be delivered or my refund and I’ll go buy someone else.
