Extra bad service

I bought a Sleigh bed at Silver Lake Deco Furn branch last year September. In less than 6 months I had lodged 2 complaints about the loose legs. I sent emails several times with no response. Until I went there and the store Manager told me is a factory faul Till this day, they have not come to replace their bed.
