Exchange of Mattress from Double Size To Queen Siz

On Thursday 28 May 2015, I bought furniture at Decofurn SA. I wanted my things to be delivered on Saturday morning but I received them in the middle of the day. I received everything only to notice that a plasma stand I bought, the was one piece missing of which I spoke to the gentleman by the name of Mike who brought it to me and I was happy with that, now the second issue is that I notice after I assembled my bed that the mattress that was delivered was double size not a queen size. Im now being sent from pillar to post. I call on saturday for them to come and take double size and bring me queen size but they keep telling me, we will bring it. On Sunday I waited the whole day, on Monday I waited as well. This double size mattress doesnt look okay on a queen sized base. I remember telling the sales lady (Faldelah) I dont want double cause I bought queen size base. I mean what will I do with a double size on a queen size base???<br> They keep lying and telling me someone is coming but no one comes at all. I cant take it any more.
