Empty promises

Bought a desk from Decofurn paid for assembly. Was promised delivery in 3 days took a week to arrive. Desk was then delivered with no *****s on Thursday was promised by the people that delivered it they would return the next day with *****s. Today is Tuesday and still the desk is lying in pieces a result of empty promises.
