Empty promises and lots of stories....

Been there 3 weeks ago. We where looking for a coat rack. There was 3 on the floor but they just said they don't have stock they can't help us. When we asked if we can buy the ones on the floor they said no. We must come back in 2 weeks then they'll have stock.

Today I went back. A brown and white one on the floor again......again they had no stock. When asked where the black one is.....they said they sold it because it was discontinued......maybe someone new somebody and they got the privilege of buying it. But as a customer got no service at all. They sent me away with another promise......it will come in 2 weeks......there is no customer service and no nothing at Decofurn. It was such a disappointment to go there.
