Don't order from Decofurn because they'll leave you with an unassembled item for weeks!!!!!!!

The most lousy customer service I have ever received. Purchased a cupboard on the 29th November for delivery 30th November. Paid for delivery and installation. Cupboard gets delivered and promises from the driver that the installer would be there shortly. After 4 hours I call Decofurn and then the driver calls me back and says he can't come that day. After me waiting for them all day. Then he promises to be there on the 1 December at 7am. I wake up and wait for him. He doesn't show. Says he 'tried to call me' but funny because I have ZERO calls from any number. I call Decofurn again 4 times. Finally he agrees to come today 4 December at 4pm. It's not 6:20pm and no show. I called Decofurn 3 times again today to find out where the driver was. ZERO apologies from them, like I make it my life's work to sit here and wait for them. I paid R5000 for this cupboard and I feel like throwing it in the bin. Don't EVER order from them, they are FULL of false promises. Customer Service clearly missed them in training.
