Don't Buy From Decofurn online

I really don't understand how a company can be so bad at customer service. I bought 2 TV units and a desk on the 04th of July and the order on their site is still in processing. I been asking for a refund with No Option to escalate it further. I have decided to hand over the matter to the Ombudsman
