Do yourself a favour - Dont buy from Decofurn!!!

Decofurn has the most pathetic service i've experienced from a furniture retailer. on sunday 9 June we purchased a TV stand from the Montague gardens showroom. afrterwhich we're instructed to go and collect at the Warehouse. After waiting for 45 minutes we were told they couldnt find the stock in the warehouse but the system reflects there is stock. It was concluded that they have no stock. but will source and deliver on tuesday or Wednesday. thursday 13 June. I've called decofurn at least 8 times being sent from pillar to post, just to be told yet again that theres no stock. Eddie a warehouse attended promised to call me back twice and never did. several other staff, lady from online dept. a lady from the warehouse failed to assist in this matter. no urgency was taken on the inconvenience. afterwhich i requested a refund. now ive got to email decofurn requesting a refund.
