Worst service ever received, still waiting for my coffee table I purchased 2 weeks ago, the day I made my purchase, I was told that they don't have the table, but they will get it the following morning, but in the meantime they will deliver my other goods and the following day I will receive my table, I have spoken to the manager, the warehouse manager all with BS excuses, from warehouse manager and the excuses are as follow - 1. The drivers forgot to collect the table, he will go and fetch it and deliver it later the day, then the same day later he calls, that the one they got from the other branch is damaged, he managed to get another one, which he will collect the following and make arrangements with me. 2. Received another call that the other one he is getting the glass is broken, he will source another one. 3. On the 11th received an what's app saying that he managed to get one, will contact me on the 14th to let me know, I contacted him on the 14th to no avail no response from him, today the 17th I contacted the warehouse manager Marius again, he responded to me, saying that he had a year end stock take, and that he cannot speak to me his wife is giving birthday today and he will go to the office tomorrow morning, now please tell me, who will go in to office a day after your wife delivers a baby? Does he not take paternity leave. Must i believe that story???? Mxm....

So I waited for the 18th of February for Marius to contact me, as per his word, no messages, no phone calls nothing, I had thought of going to the store/branch the Saturday to make a scene, And I decided against it, anyway I waited this morning to see if there is any correspondence from them, NOTHING, I sent Marius a what's app again, and the story is as follows, (today the 21/02/202) after I asked is there any update, He just rep**** Yes, they will deliver the table on Wednesday the 23rd, the table is coming from Cape Town on Wednesday, and he will have it assembled and delivered to me on Wednesday, finding this hard to believe once again, because does he have control of what time the stock arrives from Cape Town? And Have it delivered to me the same day!!!! Am i even available? Needless to say, they are the most dishonest and ********* branch to buy any furniture from. The branch manager Londi is also just as useless as the warehouse manager, keeps on blaming everything on him. Does not take charge of the situation, does not follow up or give any feedback from her side, this is the reason why many businesses goes belly up because they do not look after their customers.

In Closing Londi you are the worst branch manager - You do not take responsibility and there is no honesty from you and your team. Marius - You are in the wrong industry, you need to write books, because you can BS a lot. Qhawe Shabangu - Through this entire ordeal as the sales person involved you have not contacted me once, let me school you about sales(which I am in for the past 19years) - Repeat business is how good sales people last through the toughest off times.
