I placed an online order, recieved items I didn't order,some came with no instructions and others with no bolts and *****s to put them together. Their furniture is cheap for a reason. I spoke to a consultant who asked to send an email and Rene will be in touch with me regarding my 3 returns Have not heard a word since! I want these poor quality and useless items returned and I want me refund!!!!
