I bought a recliner and it hurt my back and I had to go to the Chiro R 550. So I take it back the next day and she says I can't bring it back. She says it's a floor model. I stated NO WHERE does it state that. After arguing with me She spoke to Cornell who said they would charge me 10% fee to return when it says on the wall 5 % She just kept making up excuses that were not mentioned anywhere. I am stopping my payment and suing for ******** sales practices. She was just rambling things to get me not to return it?? Incoherent things that she makes up.
