DO NOT - DO NOT BUY - YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Please just do not do it - you will regret it!!!

Purchased R26 000.00 worth of furniture and after one month a two seater couch panel came apart inside. This is day 31 with no reply - I have sent to date 13 emails. Lodged the same warranty claim 3 times - and they just do not care. Covid 19 is not an excuse for customer this bad.

Went to see a lawyer today - suing them for everything I purchased and extra. If they cannot provide service on one item then they will never provide on the rest. Handed over to the Consumer Ombudsman as well.

DONT BUY FROM THEM - YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
