Dissapointed Client

Pathetic Product really i purchased a 3pc lounge suite an have had problems since the first month i have it, they collected it like 3times to have it fixed I'm really dissapointed as its not like it was a cheap purchase i spend like R13k almost to get such a pathetic product, cherry on the cake they collected it again last week due that the spring popped on the 3 seater, stitching came loose on single seater and stitching on the 2 seater. When we put it together we discovered the single seater missing the armrests an backrest plus my seater was stiched so tight on the one side that the 2seats look odd now. Im really not getting any joy!!!!
