Dissapointed at service and poor craftmanship

Very dissapointed at service and craftmanship of furniture purchased. I purchased a dining room table and chairs on laybye from the edenvale store. The chairs were inspected by myself and I realised that two of the six were damaged. I had made special transport arrangements for collection this past Saturday, 30 June 2018. I was then advised that the store will order additional two chairs and advise when I may collect. The store refuse to have the chairs delivered to me. I feel that this was no fault of my own that they chairs were defective. I advised the store a month in advance that I will be collecting and also made follow ups telephonically. I was advised that the set will be ready for collection. They should have ensured that all the stock was ready and in good order, quality not comprised. The remaining chairs and table which has now been collected also is not to my expectation. Upon arrival at home I realised that two of the chairs have shorter front legs and does not balance properly. The table has a slight crack and scratches as well. I now still await to collect the remaining two chairs which I hope will be of good quality. Definitely did not receive my monies worth. A big warning displayed at the delivery zone that there are no returns or replacements once goods have been collected. I believe this not to be fair to consumers and definitely not in line with the CPA. There is no way I could have picked up the discrepancies without fully unpacking and this only realised once the goods were already collected and at home.
