Disgusting Service from Decofurn- Unreliable and Rude

I bought a TV stand at Decofurn Boksburg on the 2nd April 2025 which and they told me my stand would be ready within a week which they failed to deliver on without communication. I went to get a refund seeing that they didnt even bother to communicate.

They promised to give me my refund within 7 working days which they also failed to do. When i call the branch i am told with attitude that the manager cannot speak to me on the phone as he is in meetings all day. To date i have not received a call.
