Disgusting service from Decofurn POOR CHEAP QUALITY

I purchased a recliner set in August last year the couches are peeling i complained to Decofurn and got a reply from Baboo saying that the couches are plysical damage. i asked him to send someone out to view as maybe the picture are not clear enough he asked me to pay R300 and something to send someone out to view the recliners and this needs to be paid upfront. I paid alot for these couches and it is so disappointing that they are peeling and its not even a year. They had to replace the couches twice on delivery as the couches were torn. i would not recommend anyone purchase from Decofurn as they customer services is absolutely terrible.
