DISGUSTING SERVICE

The worst experience I have ever had at a furniture store. They promise the world, and do not deliver on their promises. I bought furniture for my mother on Saturday the 28th. Paid in full, and was told that one couch was in stock, and the other would be delivered to the store on the Monday, and thereafter delivery would be arranged. Not once was I told by the sales consulstant, Lorato, that it could take up to 7 days for delivery. I have phoned every day, and every day I get new excuses. Only to be told today, that the 3 seater will only be delivered on the 18th of April. This is PATHETIC SERVICE. My mother gave her old set away in anticipation for the new one, and now will not have furniture until the 18th of April? I am beyond angry!
