Disgusting service!!!!!

Bought a couch of 18k, was delivered on Sunday in horrible condition. The bottom of the couch was torn and they tried to patch it up with staples which made it look even worst. Delivery guy, named Keegan said he cannot take the couch back as the store is closed. We called the sales person who assisted us in store and explained the situation to him for them to make excuses. Till today, we are waiting for them to collect the torn couch and repair it or refund us. This is disgusting service!!!
