Disgusting service

Absolutely shocking service and **********ly low grade products. My husband and I went into the store to buy a display shelf. We paid for it and they told us they would need to order it and it would take 7 working days and that they would let us know when it was ready for collection. Needles to say no one called us, we went back after 8 days and they had sold our order to someone else and then wanted to give us the second hand one that was on the floor. We said no, we wanted a new one as that is what we paid for! Still no one let us know our other second order was ready to be collected. We went back again to fetch our order and we tried to assemble it at home only to realize this is the second hand one and there are pieces missing from it so we cannot even assemble it. I will never buy anything from decofurn again
