DISGUSTING POOR SERVICE - OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER

We are utterly dissapointed in the shocking service from Decofurn Cape Town. We were promised that our delivery will take place on Tuesday only to get a call to say that they cannot make it and it will definately be Wednesday. Well it is now 17:57 on Wednesday evening and we still waiting. We phoned 3 times and were told the driver is on route. Then we received a call at 16:30 to say that the do not have stock of the one side cupboard we ordered and that they would collect it tomorrow in Kenilworth and then deliver. so not sure who was fooling who the entire day by promising us as the paying customer that our delivery was on rout. They are *****. Disgusting customer service. no one has even bothered to call us to keep us updated. They very quick to take your money and over promise and under deliver.
