Disgusting Customer service received from Decofurn Silverlakes

<div>I made a purchase on Thursday 16/12/2021 of which I requested for a FULL refund on. ****&nbsp; the so called Branch Manager eventually sent me the refund form which was completed and returned immediately. I emailed her requesting acknowledgement of the form and still to date no response. I then contacted the Store and was assisted by the assistant Manager ****&nbsp; who promised to call me back on 2 occations, but still no call received. Decofurns Customer service is pathetic to say the least. The and Silverlakes Store are useless when it comes to responding to Customers. Be very carefull when making a purchase at Decofurn</div>
