Disgusting customer service. Pay for something you never receive

I bought 2 items online. When going to collect 1 of the items sent from Cape town was in correct. I waited for a few weeks for the correct item to be sent which never happened. I then purchased another table elsewhere as I couldn't wait longer and requested a refund. I am now waiting almost 2 months for a refund. I have sent countless emails flowing up that just go unanswered. Their level of customer service is absolutely shocking. Disgusting customer service decofurn
