DISGUSTING customer service

I visited Decofurn Edenvale on Saturday to look for a bed. I found one but did not receive assistance from any of the sales consultants because they were ALL on their phones. I eventually received help, gave the consultant my details, address etc. I waited in line to pay for 30 minutes, even though there were only two other people in front of me in the que. When I finally got to the cashier she did not greet me back. She was EXTREMELY rude and shouted at me, saying that the sales consultant who helped me did not take my address down so I can only collect the bed right now and that I had to move out of the way so that she can assist other clients. Seriously, this is disgusting Decofurn. Please avoid this shop if you can.
