Disgusting customer service

Received a phone call from Decofurn Factory(greenstone) to come and collect my things at my arrival I’m told that the goodies I ordered are out of stock

Instead of them compensating for the inconvenience and offer to make a delivery once things have arrived the manager decided that he is going to walk away from the conversation we were having and never come back to sort out the issue

It’s my first time buying from them and the service I received was completely disgusting
