Disgusting and Rude Service

If I could give 0 stars I would. So having placed my order during lockdown and having full respect for businesses still trying to get business done in these trying times Decofurn has zero respect for their customers. I have placed my order on the 25th of April 2020 and have to date not received my items, and to add to this fact, these items are classified as ESSENTIAL.... My airtime is depleted trying to get trough to them, the when you finally get to a consultant the line keeps disconnecting (convenient for them, I suppose). Their service is pathetic. I have been told 6 times now that my delivery "will be delivered tomorrow" and still I have nothing to show for the +-R3000 i spent almost 2 months ago. Then when I phoned today, I was laughed off and said they will phone me back within 30 minutes and still nothing. I am opening a case of theft ASAP.
