Disgusted!!Appalled!!LIVID!!

02 Jan 2018 purchased some furniture at Decofurn (Centurion)which I was advised by the sales (Carlton) man and the Teller that my furniture will be delivered in 3 weeks time meaning at least by the 21st of Jan I should have received it but it didn't come. The delivery happened 04 of Feb 2 weeks over due after I have made multiple calls even revisited the store couples of times with no help, and the delivery was incomplete they delivered a base of the Bed without the mattress. What I am suppose to do with useless Base? I then again visited the store on the 5th of Feb , the teller and the guy responsible of issuing deliveries gave me their words that my mattress will be delivered on the today 6 of Feb and they looked me in my eyes and assured me of the delivery they even promised that they will call me personaly but NOTHING they **** to face repeatedly. I am DISGUSTED by their WEAK SOFT SERVICE!! I AM LIVID!! I don't wish anyone to go through this PEOPLE SHOULD JUST STAY AWAY FROM DECOFURN unless they have time and money to waste.
