Disgraceful service and attitude

Went into the store. Bought 3 bar stools and other furniture. The 3 barstools were delivered and assembled. Nobody told me that if they assemble there is no returns. The stools are too big and I need to replace them with smaller ones. Decofurn will not accept these back. They just tell me to read their policy. Policy is not on the invoice, nor was it told that they could not be returned if delivered and assembled by them. I notified them 2 days after purchase. I have had emails from Kabelo telling me to read the policy. I am disgusted as this has cost me money with items that I cannot use.
