Discontented Client !

I trust this email finds you well,

I would formally like to place on record that I wish to lodge a complaint against Decofurn and the service delivery I have received from them. It should be noted ,I have been referred to them by my colleague which assured me that they are the best furniture manufacturer to purchase from as such , I then gladly purchased a Truform Lancelot firm mattress double 137 cm as I have been having sleepless nights due to dreadful backache.

My current situation then went from bad to worse, I purchased a bed that did not benefit me at all ,to make matters worse I had to consult a doctor as I was in Immense pain . this has not only affected my pocket and health, but it has affected my ability to work, as i had to stay home to recover from not sleeping for days on end and the pain I have been going through. I am at a point where I am extremely miserable !!!!

As a result , I am left with no choice but to log a complaint as I have spoken to Scott and Craig from their offices hence no joy . I want a bed that will support my back, or they can refund me my money. I have been patient, but I can no longer endure the pain and suffering .

I hope to hear from them soon.
