Disastrous service

An absolute poor service from this service provider. Firstly, the delivery person called early morning that i should expect delivery at 11:00 am. I had to shift and cancel meetings to be available at home since I live alone. Delivery only arrived at 19:00 pm, such inconvenience and poor service. On reporting this it was totally ignored by the service person. Secondly, the item has defects that could have easily fixed if this business cared about its customers. Emails and phone calls a month later the issue has not been resolved.
