Disappointment on delivery time.

I paid for above item on 02-03-2021 and was told that it would by available at Decofurn, Port Elizabeth in approximately 2 to 3 weeks just to be told today by the sales lady, Lynda, that it is going to take another three weeks to arrive.

I find this terribly disappointing and shocking. Why does a simple delivery of a chair take so long while there is one on the showroom floor?
