Disappointing and Sad

So I placed an order on the 20th January at Decofern Greenstone. Till today I have had no communication on delivery and it has delayed me moving into my apartment. Everytime I call them, they refer me to a manager who just takes my number and says she will call me back but never does. This is disappointing, will never use their services again or buy from them again.
