Disappointed, dissatisfied and very hurt

I bought a matress with Decofurn in Silvelakes. I returned it because the one that was delivered was very sorry. I was told that the matress will be delivered on Saturday by Thabiso and he also said that he will send me a blank whatsapp so that i can send my invoice via whatsapp. I waited until i called him for the fourth time and he told me that he will make an arrangement for my matress to be delivered. Nothing was delivered and i slept on the floor for 3days. I am so dissapointed by the manner in which i have been treated by Decofurn. Its even worse that it is still very new in Silvelakes. Dissapointed and hurt
