Disappointed and disrespected by Decofurn

Extremely disappointed with Decofurn in Greenstone. I went there to get dining chairs amongst other things, I wanted 6 chairs and I was told that they only had 4 chairs and that I would only receive my goods in 7-10 business days. On day 8 Deedee calls me to say that a driver would schedule delivery with me on day 10, they are only waiting for one other item. On the 10th day, I noticed it was getting late and I called them. Deeded told that they still only have 4 chairs. This is 10 business days/ 2 weeks later, and that I can’t receive my order. She further told me that they could deliver the 4 chairs and my other stuff and that I could come get my other 2 chairs. So why did I pay for delivery???

I asked to speak to her manager and he promised to call me back with a resolution. This was last week Friday. I still waiting, no call, no furniture. Poor service all round!
