Despicable service from Nicole at Decofurn

I was at Decofurn Montague gardens today to purchase a chair and table for my son , And the service I received from from sales person named Nicole was despicable. The level of undermining and how she classed me. She left me there and went to go help other customers that she felt was better suited for her. This is unacceptable , in 2021 you still have sales people that treat customers like this. I spoke to the manager Basil who didn’t seem quite phased with my complaint and didn’t even ask Nicole to come and apologise for such a service. This is unacceptable at the highest level. Thanks to the guy named Norman who came to the rescue and helped me, with such humility and patience.Nicole from Decofrn knows nothing about customer service
