Delivery service is so poor

I've never seen such incompetence and inconsiderate people ever. The decofurn centurion branch is nonsense when it comes to delivery and customer care!!!!!!!! I've bought a bed on a Monday and chose that they should deliver Saturday. When they suppose to deliver they telling me they don't have *****s?? Like ***, they had the whole week to get *****s and now they telling me they yet to dispatch a truck to bring them only then they will deliver it. How inconsiderate of them, I've been sleeping on the floor with the hope that all will be well on Saturday, but no they just don't care.
