Delivery of wrong goods

I ordered a plasma stand from Decofurn Warehouse in Greenstone and they delivered the stand in a box with two of the same panel when they were supposed to deliver opposites. Hired someone to assemble the stand only to find out that this is the issue. It took them 2 days to bring me the correct panel after having to call and talk to their very rude receptionist who told me to take the whole thing to the store so that they can sort it out. Now I have all the parts unassembled I have to incur extra costs to get it right a week later.... Such an inconvenience and bad service
