Delivery after 7pm! Unacceptable! Safety???

I'm not pleased with the delivery times. I'm a woman, living alone, in South Africa. I asked the delivery person to deliver at 6 pm as it's still slightly busy.

I live 4.4 km from the Centurion store. It's 7pm. No word. I do not have their number. My paid up merchandise is somewhere around Johannesburg. I'm waiting anxiously.

I paid two days ago. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Is safety considered by the store?

Based on reviews, the store does not care much about bad reviews clearly. Wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing.
