DecoFurn, This is very alarming that your call center agents cannot track orders that customers order online. When we call we are advised that is no way they can track orders dispatched to the so called HUBs in Pretoria.

This is a delaying tactics that you have taught your agents to lie to customers and that's very appalling tactic. You don't maintain your website for easy tracking of orders and you continue to send pre-scripted emails to delay deliveries. One cannot pay R300 to R400 of delivery to be bluntly **** to by your brand.

This is wrong business practice and need to be stopped.
