Defective product and now cannot get a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!

8 dining room chairs bought online, 5 of the 8 chairs defective as they were wobbly/unstable due to different lengths of the chair legs. Decofurn collected them for inspection and now been waiting 2 weeks for a response!!
