Defective Bed at 7 Months Pregnant

<p> I purchase a bed as well as a set of couches in Feb this year and on the first night the planks fell in, it was then brought to my attention that the support pole had been mounted on skew. The manager was contacted and sent staff out to check the bed. The repair men then told me that the bed is fine, its the tiles in my bedroom and i should get a mat to place the bed on. i guess this is something they forgot to mention when purchsing the bed. i then told them to get the manager to contact me as i needed a replacement bed. at the time of the purchase I was 7 months pregnant and every second night i had to deal with the base of the bed giving in and sleeping on a sinking mattress. i have called their offices numerous time and no one has gotten back to me since their last staff visit. it is sad to say that 9 months later i still have the same issues.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>If your are looking for an affordable **** bed the purchase from DECOFURN. i would not recommend any of their products as their customer service is pathetic if you have an issue.</p>
