Decorfurn Silverlakes....delivery nightmare

Purchasing is one thing...getting your purchase delivered is a completely different nightmare altogether. I have been waiting 7 and a half hours for delivery to be done. This is after numerous calls to the Silverlakes store to confirm date and approximate time. Very friendly people on the other end of the telephone line but Decorfurns systems, scheduling, expectation management is absolutely appalling. No way the delivery fee is worth the waste of time and frustration. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS STORE
