Decorfun Online order complaint

Ordered furniture online, sent POP 4 times yet the staff keep on replying, send POP. Get an immediate "Read Receipt", day later receive email send POP no attachment. Don't think they know how to open an attachment, or its a delay tactic not to work! PATHETIC THATS ALL I CAN SAY!!!
