Decofurn's SUPER PATHETIC customer service!!!

I placed my order online on the 19 December 2025 and order confirmation came with 5 - 7 working days of delivery window ("provided there are no unexpected delays"). Unfortunately, till today (as I write this review) no delivery and no clear communication/updates from Decofurn. I've already called their call centre (customer service) 3 x times already without any positive feedback or progress, whatsoever. Instead, I was told that my delivery will be done on the 09 January 2026, Friday. Decofurn customer service is SUPER PATHETIC, to say the least, when it comes to product delivery commitment and poor communication in keeping the customer well informed about any potential or actual delays.
