Decofurns hideous customer service and attitude and product.

I recently purchased 2 recliners for my elderly parents., I went for their more expensive models. We have discovered that they do not stay in their re lining position. Or lock into position. As you sit on them the footrests gradually lower to the closed position. I put a complaint in through their customer service center. I was strung along asked for pics, after 6 mails backwards and forwards I was informed that these reckinets are not designed to stay in the reclined position!!!!?????!!!!. Whoever heard of such nonsense. Do they honestly think that their customers will fall for this very obvious cop-out? I am livid. They should mention when advertising the "recliner" that's its not really a recliner at all. Just made to look as if it could be one.
