Decofurn's appalling service

I placed an order for a tv stand just before the taxi strike in Cape Town. When I placed my order, it stated that I qualify for free delivery. A few days later I get a call that they don't deliver in my area and I have to pick it up. I couldn't collect because of the taxi strike and I'm working Monday to Saturday. I've received numerous calls to remind me to pick it up but I'm struggling to find transport to pick it up as I was promised delivery. Now they want to offer store credit. I requested a full refund and awaiting response from them. Very disappointing and will not be ordering from them again
