Pathetic service and product! I bought a chair from your shop in Montague Gardens. Firstly when the chair was brought to me in a box, the guys had to take half of it out because there were 2 chairs in 1 box. They then checked it, signed off on it, and then when i was assembling it at home, nothing fitted. When i had to drive all the way back the staff told me its a factory fault and it happens. It inconvenienced me and then i asked if they could then assemble it for me as they had wasted my afternoon, they said that will charge extra. Pathetic service and management is a joke. All in all bad products and even worse service.
