Decofurn .... WASTE OF MONEY!! Will never walk into any of their stores again!

We bought dining room chairs as well as cupboards. This was done online as they had a special. The place where I wanted to use it was not ready yet so I had it delivered at home. Upon opening the boxes with the dining room chairs all of them were damaged. I brought this under the attention of all the branches as well as the online store, and what is the answer..."We can't do anything about it because its after 48hours of delivery" Nobody tells you this upon delivering the goods at all. How many people stores their products before unpacking them? This is completely unacceptable and they just REFUSE to do anything about it. Myself nor my family will EVER walk into a Decofurn shop again.
