Decofurn unprofessionalism and greedy

I called Decofurn Northgate this morning to firstly check if they stock of the product and secondly if I must come with a bakkie, if the unit is assembled or a car as it comes in a box and must be assembled. I spoke to Teneshin, the answer is yes we have stock and secondly it is not assembled and a car is fine as it will fit. I drive all the way to the store to find no stock and I must way 10 days for stock. When I spoke to the manager very unprofessional who asked me what must be do, and he doesn't do free deliveries, I responded that I never asked for a free delivery and that i had checked stock before I came all the way. He stood with a mouth full of teeth. Decofurn take advantage and are extremely unprofessional. Greed is my perception, waste the client time.
