Decofurn somerset West - Worst service ever

The service at decofurn somerset West is beyond pathetic. The furniture I bought was delivered partially. Secondly the items they did deliver was damaged and I had to incur extra cost and DIY to fix it. I have been promised since last week Thursday to have one outstanding item delivered. I have been calling to no avail and the item is still outstanding. To top it all, I bought a second consignment from decofurn in Milnerton and paid for assembly. I then had to assemble the furniture myself. So clearly this is how decofurn does business - not branch specific only but speaks to the quality of service attached to this brand. Clearly the service value is discounted for in their prices. I am NEVER doing business with this place again. People think twice before buying furniture from decofurn.
