Decofurn Somerset West poor service

I bought the Alexa plasma tv stand in 21december and they didn't have in stock,they said they will phone which they didn't,I phoned but they keep on playing music,I went there 29 January 2020 and they said they will deliver Thursday which was the following day but they didn't and I phoned but still the same so I sent an email they still promised to deliver which they didn't,I sent my daughter for refund and they giving me stories that they will deposit once they have money.i told them I didn't really wanted money but my stand now it a story after another.They **** to my face that they waiting for a driver,a big company like has one driver?I'm not happy with them and I won't prefer anyone to buy from them after my experience.
